I’m Leeza, founder of Rooted & Rising Wellness Coaching. After 35+ years in the legal world, I realized I wanted more—for myself and for others. I pivoted toward health, became a cycling instructor, opened my own studio, and found my calling in helping people transform from the inside out.
Now, I help busy individuals reconnect with their bodies, shift their mindset, and take control of their physical and mental health through practical tools, personalized support, and real-world coaching.
